Health-monitoring digital plaster-TZE1030

The Toumaz TZE1030 is an ultra low power wireless enabled sensor interface and transceiver for applications in the medical and professional healthcare area. The device achieves ultra low power through the use of patented AMxTM technology for signal processing and includes a reconfigurable sensor interface block and RF transceiver block. It is part of the Toumaz Sensium TM range of devices. The TZE1030 together with an appropriate external sensor provides ultra low power monitoring of blood glucose levels, ECG and heart rate signals. It can also interface to 3 axis accelerometers and pressure sensors and includes a temperature sensor on chip.


Features:

Single supply 0.95V – 1.4V (zinc air battery compatible);
AMxTM nano power signal processing;
On-chip sensor drive/control circuits;
Ultra Low Power – transmit or receive power 2.5nW at 1.0V @1 reading/day;
Remote programming from base station.

Diabetes/blood glucose monitoring;
Home, hospital and ICU monitoring;
Personalised healthcare;
Treatment compliance.
